What is noindex?
noindex is an instruction telling search engines to leave a page out of their results entirely. It works exactly as intended, which is the problem: on a page you wanted found, it is invisible and total.
In more detail
It appears either as a meta robots tag in the page, or as an X-Robots-Tag header. Almost every unwanted case is left over from a staging phase, when it was correct, and applied in a shared layout rather than per page — so removing it from one page does not remove it from the others.
Why it matters for your site
A page carrying noindex cannot rank for anything. If your shop or your pricing page has it, no amount of other SEO work will help, because the page is not eligible. After removing it, request indexing in Search Console rather than waiting for a recrawl.
